Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take up to 5 business days.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

  • We ship via trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or Couriers.

  • Most domestic orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

3. International Shipping

  • International shipping rates depend on the destination country and the weight of your order.

  • To get an estimate, add products to your cart and use the Estimate Shipping feature at checkout.

  • Please note: customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Refusal to pay these charges may lead to the parcel being abandoned or returned, and we cannot refund orders in such instances.

4. Click & Collect

  • Currently, Click & Collect is not available.

5. Unexpected Delays & Lost Parcels

  • While we dispatch orders promptly, once handed over to carriers, delivery times are out of our control.

  • In case of delays, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

  • If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll happily assist you with a replacement or refund.

6. Order Tracking

  • A tracking link and number are provided via email once your order is shipped.

  • Use this link to stay updated until delivery.

7. Multiple Shipments

  • To expedite orders, some items may ship separately, resulting in multiple tracking numbers and delivery dates.

  • Where possible, we’ll consolidate shipments into a single package.

8. Returns & Exchanges

  • For returns or exchanges due to reasons like incorrect or damaged items, see: [Return Policy].

  • If your parcel is returned due to an unclaimed delivery, you may be responsible for return postage.
