Shipping policy

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may take up to 5 business days.

We ship via trusted carriers such as Australia Post, Sendle, or Couriers.

Most domestic orders are delivered within 2–7 business days, depending on the customer’s location.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor delivery status.

International shipping rates depend on the destination country and the weight of your order.

To get an estimate, add products to your cart and use the Estimate Shipping feature at checkout.

Please note: Customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.

Refusal to pay these charges may lead to the parcel being abandoned or returned, and we cannot refund orders in such instances.

Currently, Click & Collect is not available.

While we dispatch orders promptly, once handed over to carriers, delivery times are out of our control.

In case of delays, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

If a package is confirmed lost, we’ll happily assist you with a replacement or refund.

A tracking link and number are provided via email once your order is shipped.

Use this link to stay updated until delivery.

To expedite orders, some items may ship separately, resulting in multiple tracking numbers and delivery dates.

Where possible, we’ll consolidate shipments into a single package.

If your parcel is returned due to an unclaimed delivery, you may be responsible for return postage.
